All payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or in cases of demonstrable technical failure of our services.We reserve the right to modify our pricing structure with 30 days advance notice to active clients. For enterprise solutions and custom AI implementations, pricing will be outlined in individual service agreements. Payment disputes must be raised within 30 days of the transaction date.

DigiPix AI shall not be liable for:

  • Decisions Made Based on AI-Generated Outputs.
  • Service Interruptions or Technical Issues.
  • Loss of Data or Business Opportunities.
  • Indirect, Consequential, or Incidental Damages.
